I went to Urban Body Solihull. I was a wreck when I arrived there. My symptoms were Neck ,Lower Back, Hip, Knee, & Hamstring, pain Physo's were Phil & Zoe. They are very Knowledgeable in there profession. They listened to my problems, they were very helpful, caring and kind and very patient with me. Answering all my questions and acting on which area was causing the problem each session, treating accordingly with care and always explaining what was going on. Showed me how to do my exercises, encouraged by adding a free app to my phone which was very helpful. Phil is an professional in acupuncture, this had a tremendous effect on all painful areas. They give a wonderful service at Urban Body. All members of staff are very friendly caring and kind. I came away with the freedom to do everything I was unable to do when I went there. My gardening which I love. Looking after my two toddler granddaughter which is priceless. I would recommend anyone to go visit the professionals at Urban Body. And walk away pain free. When I had explained my back problem, Luke immediately set a plan of treatment and it worked fantastically well. The most important things for me were to regain the confidence to exercise correctly, regain strength and of course be pain free! Everyone at Urban Physio made me feel very welcome. I went to urban body with a tight/sore hip about 2 months ago. I saw Beni, who from the start was very professional and reassuring. He very quickly diagnosed the problem and crafted a bespoke healing approach to my issue. He was also very flexible in his approach and helped me with back tightness caused by the original issue. After a package of 9 sessions, and rehabilitation exercises, I was sorted. Much more comfortable and flexible. Can't say enough good things about my experience, but would definitely recommend. I had a consultation regarding knee pain I had been struggling with. Simon was friendly, knowledgeable and very thorough. He provided advice on the likely cause of the injury and suggested some exercises which may help my recovery. After a month or so incorporating these exercises there has been a noticeable reduction in pain. I would highly recommend Simon.
