I contacted East Goscote Plumbers for help when my boiler pressure dropped out - leaving our house with no hot water. Within 24 hours, two plumbers were at our house diagnosing the issue. Friendly, efficient and a top top service. Having used BK before - when we noticed a leak in our boiler cupboard, which was quite heavy, we called them and they came out straight away, they identified the problem quickly, it was the hot water expansion vessel. Being a household of 5, we need hot water! So they immediately went out and got the spare parts required and came back the same day to fix and replace. Another five star review and fully deserved ! Minesh fitted a new immersion heater for me at a very reasonable price. The task was tricky, given that it is a 1970s house and water tank, but he carried it out superbly. Beforehand, when we couldn't locate the outside stoptap (covered with tarmac by the council....), he helped me contact Severn Trent, so he offered excellent guidance from start to finish. Very punctual too, and a delightful person. Highly recommended.

Really pleased with Manish (M K Heating and Plumbing, Loughborough). Did my boiler service and hot water storage cylinder today. Really pleased. Honest, fair, reliable and knows his stuff. I have no hesitation in recommending him to anybody wanting plumbing and/or heating work needed. A plus!

My wife and I were really pleased with what Manish did to out thermostat last week. He replaced our spoilt thermostat with the ones with remote. Making it convenient for us to turn on and off the heater wherever we are at home. Brilliant, jolly and down to earth person! Highly recommended!
