Very happy with my new storage heaters. Survey done by someone who gave me confidence he knew what he was talking about Days booked to suit and work carried out . Amazing service and good price too. EDIT Six months on l have loved using my heaters. Amazing . Almost a year later l still love my heaters and the huge savings compared to old ones. I phoned LW Haddows today as l needed help with setting. I tried a few new clever settings and didn't really know what l was doing .Andrew offered to come help and had quickly fixed this.I know this can be a busy time so it's much appreciated.

Engineer was very competent, skilled and knowledgeable and explained everything. He took his time working out the issues and managed to resolve them. Very happy with service provided.

Very pleasant young man, Brian. Very efficient, polite and tidy. Lynn was lovely on the phone also. Will definitely be back.

Small job, given a quote straight away. Job carried out a few days later, as soon as the awaited part arrived. Plumber arrived at stated time, pleasant man, carried out the required work and tidied up fully afterwards. First time I've used FairPlumb but I would definitely use again and would recommend them.

Brilliant, emailed in a small job that other plumbers declined, and someone came out the following week. Excellent to deal with, clean tidy job, and at a fair price. Top marks

We had an issue with low water pressure/ flow following work done by Scottish Water to our meter. We had been let down by plumbers, and Scottish Water were of no help. The Plumbers from RLRatrray were fantastic. Arrived when they said they would, advised us what would happen, what they thought was the problem, diagnosed correctly and fixed the issue. We felt sorry for them as they had to dig several holes and one large one, to find out it was Scottish Water that had caused the problem. We will certainly sing their praises and advise others of their service. Well done. 5*.

Called at 11:45am as boiler had stopped working and despite being busy they fitted the job in for the afternoon and had it working before 3pm. Having a new baby in the house and no heating or hot water was treated as priority which we are extremely grateful for.

On behalf of my 95 year old dad - call made on Monday to ask for a leaky bath tap to be repaired - RL R. Attended Tuesday - all fixed - quick and efficient service - thank you.
