While most agencies seem adamant on making a tenant’s life miserable, Pavillion Properties have reminded me that there are still good agencies out there. Not only did we get a place so quickly and smoothly with them (Jody is an absolute star) but the place was in good condition. They’re always quick to respond to any issues and they genuinely seem like honest and genuine people.

Everything went smoothly, from the rental process to the tenancy. The property was well-maintained, and the staff promptly addressed any maintenance issues that arose. I also had no trouble receiving my security deposit back. I would certainly recommend to anyone.

We have used a number of property letting agents in the past both in Edinburgh and Dundee and can happily say that the service we have received from Premier is superb. They communicate really well, letting you know of any issues as soon as they arise and are happy to resolve these for you. We also love their portal which is really easy to use and has everything in one place which for people like us who don't want any hassle with our letting property is ideal. One of our daughters also use Premier and her experience has been just as good. The staff are friendly and approachable and provide an excellent service. Highly recommended!

I have been with Premier for a few months now and Marie (Smith) has been phenomenal. She has been extremely helpful in making me understand the nuances of letting a property. I am always well informed and she is easily reachable always. I am very happy with my decision to go with them and they have made my life easier which is a testament to the services provided. Would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Always quick to respond and great communication. Our property manager Rebecca has been brilliant in making sure we have what we need and are happy with our circumstances. Great company to work with. Property we rented was well maintained and looked after and we never had any issues.
