I have recently rented a property via Beresford Adams, Mold. Sophie Davies-Cooke and her team were absolutely brilliant. They gave me all the help, advice, and information I needed and it was not stressful at all. I am very happy with my new home. I would definitely recommend their services.

Can't thank the team enough, guided my parents through the selling journey, gave my parents peace of mind and took the worry of showing people around off my parents, kept them safe and well. Kept us well informed through the process. Can't thank enough.

Sophie was extremely helpful and a delight to deal with, she emailed the vendor regarding my husband’s credit check and convinced them that we would be good tenants. Myself and my partner had a fantastic experience with this estate agents. They were constantly in touch with updates for us. They went above and beyond when there was a problem with some paperwork to help get the situation resolved. We can't thank Reid & Roberts estate agents staff enough for helping to get us into our home so soon, Christmas was the target and within 6 or so weeks of agreeing to buy the property we were getting our keys and moved in.
