We can’t thank you enough for leading your team and successfully completing our dream move. everyone has been wonderful to work with, and even though this has been the most stressful thing my wife and I have ever done, you guys somehow manage to keep your composure and press on with the task ahead, making sure everything is completed to the highest standard. We don’t know how you are able to be so professional with so many different cases all running together and still have complete focus, regardless of how demanding or how much pressure you receive from us the customer. It’s the first time we have ever sold a property and bought at the same time and i have to say we will not be racing back to do it again! for you it’s an everyday process and for that i can’t commend you enough.

My wife and I used Ramsdens Halifax for conveyancing services for the sale of our old house and purchase of our new house. Our solicitors were very good throughout the process and were always very quick to answer any questions we had. We recently purchased a house with Wilkinson Woodwards, with our solicitor being Daniel Cawthorn and assistant Louise Cooke. We couldn’t be happier with the service provided. Daniel was very efficient and we never had to chase for any updates. An example of this was when Daniel forwarded on an email from the bank, that he had only received 2 minutes prior. He was also very proactive, always seeming to be one step ahead ensuring the process ran as smoothly as possible. Daniel was very informative and would be happy to explain all of the legal processes that we were unsure of. Daniel was a fantastic solicitor and we would definitely recommend him and will definitely be used by us in the future. Louise was brilliant, she was very responsive to emails and kept us in the loop while Daniel was away. We cannot thank them both enough!
