2025 Update: Hawksbury House has been welcoming residents for over 30 years. Springvale is my favourite place to work in barchester home. I am an agency staff , I have had the privilege to work in most of the barchester homes. Honestly springvale is a home for residence looking forward care/love. The manager Is a role model, the deputy is amazing . The entire staff members loving and welcoming. It’s always always a pleasure to work at springvale because the management is a team making the job enjoyable. I will score springvale 10/10.

Mam is very settled in the care home. They provide lots of good entertainment. Mam is happy so the family is happy. Excellent care is given.

Lovely care home, Mother and Auntie are well cared for. Lovely staff and management. My Mother is very happy.

What a lovely welcoming place, the staff are attentive & caring, nothing is too much trouble for them, my mother inlaw was well looked after & cared for when she stayed here, she really enjoyed staying here for a week, she thought she was in a hotel, thank you to all the staff at Hawksbury House. Mr & Mrs Simpson.

My gran was here for 6months. Died June 2009. The staff were magnificent couldn't fault them. She really enjoyed her time here.
