Very good this shop is on the east side of Edinburgh, Portobello as usual very good plenty public transport if shopping here specially if you're carrying a lot of baggage the transport can take you back in to the city or the south side or even if you want to go to Ocean Terminal back in to Leith, then you can get a airport bus to the north side of the city and you can go wrong.

Nice looking store, quick service and a decent amount of stock. Staff member was helpful and chatty.

Very professional measured my niece's feet and at 2 years old that's not easy. Nothing was to much trouble.

I purchased a pair of shoes but had to return them a week later seeking to exchange them for a style that fitted me better. The Manager was extremely helpful in facilitating the exchange by sourcing several styles and sizes to help me select a suitable pair of shoes. A fuss free and pleasant experience, where I traded up to a more expensive style of shoe. I've shopped in this store since it first opened, and have always found the staff to be very helpful in sourcing shoes for me. The range available, the competitive prices and the Clarks brand are a big draw for me, in shopping in this store.

Angels was excellent and helped me choose my daughters first shoes. Without her I don’t think I would’ve picked the correct pair of shoes! She was very knowledgeable about shoes for children. I will be asking for her help again for my next shoes! Thank you so much.

Most recent visit was to get my daughter and my neice (both 1 year old) measured. The young man that helped us was amazing. So patient and very knowledgeable.

I went in looking for some comfortable trainers for my work. The store has a great selection to choose from. I was served by Scott who was very nice and polite. I definitely recommend the store to friends and family. Scott and I actually got chatting over movies we like. So much so that I eventually asked him for his number.

Excellent choice, helpful staff and good value. Happy to shop here again. Scott was most pleasant and the protection process for my new boots only took a minute. First rate shop.

The workers were very nice and attentive which brought a smile to me and my mum's face and the shoes were very attractive to the eye. I'd love to come back and purchase more of their goods. thanks.
