Wow what a difference it makes between stores. Braehead customer service far outweighs that of the silverburn branch. Definitely worth travelling further to be treated with a better attitude and service

Staff were very helpful when I had to exchange a tshirt, due to buying the wrong size, as a gift. I couldn't find my receipt from 2 days before when I had purchased it. Thankfully I still had the tags etc on it.

Prices generally in line with other shops but does have a huge selection which makes it more appealing to buy from. Still get some bargains as well but always really busy which makes getting help from an assistant a problem sometimes

I visited this store to look at ski equipment for myself and my 16 y/o son. We received first class customer service from Mark whose enthusiasm and extensive knowledge of ski equipment and boots made us feel confident in choosing skis, bindings and boots. Fantastic prices too. Expert staff make all the difference! Excellent team in store.

The team were really really helpful (and good!) during our ski boot fitting. They were keen to tell us as much as possible about the ski boots we were getting fitted, what the options were and critically an honest opinion of what would work well. We will be coming back for more! Chris and the team of boot fitters are a real asset to Ellis Brigham.

Excellent level of service and knowledge. I really felt that they were more focused on getting the right ski boot for my foot shape rather than just making a sale. Also you feel that they are committed to ensure the after service is as good as the initial sale. Worth paying the extra for this compared to just buying a pair of boots off the shelf.
