Typical Beefeater, which isn't a bad thing. Staff were great from the minute we walked in. Also very helpful with recommendations for food. It's was busy but not overcrowded. Location is nice with good views over the river. Would recommend.

I went there with modest expectations, of value chain restaurant "meh". But I was wrong, as it was a genuinely fantastic meal, and one of the best (and best value) steak dinners I've had in this country (excluding 5 star restaurants only!). Service was a bit slow, but then it was a Saturday night, so can't really hold that against them. Will definitely be going back there again.

The food is delightful, bursting with flavor, and remarkably priced to fit any budget. The staff exudes warmth and friendliness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the dining experience.

Mt husband and I never knew of the Gidi Grill in Dundee. We were in a venue and saw this restaurant when we came out. We went into the restaurant and right away, we loved the atmosphere and the friendly reception we received. We ordered our food (my husband had the hot dog and I had the burger) and it arrived at our table very quickly. Oh my word, it was delicious. Never tasted anything so nice,,,,ever!! We decided to have a dessert, sticky toffee pudding for my husband and chocolate chilli brownie for myself. We never usually have dessert but we are so so happy we did!! Everything was so delicious and atmosphere plus service was 100% too We loved it so much, we are going again today. Its only been 5 days since we went but we can't wait to return this afternoon If you haven't been here before I highly recommend it It's definitely 10 out of 10,,,,100%,,,,our No.1 place to go.

I cannot praise this place enough. Staff were so friendly, took orders quickly and the food was served so fast and extremely delicious. Music was good, the place decorated by locally painted art, toilets were spotless. Definitely a 5 Would definitely recommend and will return again soon.

incredible steak! It was absolutely fantastic. The ambiance was amazing, the menu had so many great choices, we had The papaya salad. It was really yummy and there were plenty of tables available,We didn't even have a reservation, but we were seated quickly. The waitstaff and host were incredibly friendly and made the whole experience unforgettable.

THE RIVERSIDE INN REVIEWS

Food was on point, chips weren't dry and all the meats were succulent, atmosphere was calm and welcoming, flexible accommodations when it came to substitutions and additional sauces were available. Check back was a bit early, id have left it a little bit longer maybe 5 minutes as I just started eating and i got a check back. Also coasters would be a nice touch so the drinks arent dampening the table but I folded a napkin instead but didn't distract me from the overall positive experience. Guiness was poured well within the margins and crisp to the touch which is always a great thing to see. Overall good job, well done.

Had the Tomahawk steak what an absolute beast of a piece of meat probably one of best steaks had, very well cooked tbh and staff are very friendly and humerous would most definitely come again Fiona's service and banter was second to none.

Dog friendly restaurant Wow, our food was incredible!! Was left very full. Nachos were huge!! Chicken fajitas came with different sauces, 4 tortilla wraps, cheese, and sizzling chicken fajitas. Mouthwatering. The food was cooked well. Staff were friendly. Clean restaurant.
