Booked here because the explanation on the website of the space needed was the clearest. Prices were broadly consistent with others, perhaps a little cheaper, but insurance included. (Not a huge amount of cover but enough for us). Booking was easy, comms were good. When we arrived on the day, the woman on the desk (I’m so sorry I didn’t get her name) could not have been nicer or more helpful. The space was perfect for our needs and everything looked clean and secure. Going back to collect our things was equally straightforward and a different staff member equally friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this storage again.

Great staff and units. We ran our business from the unit and the space was brilliant. The pallet pump truck on site was very beneficial and having corridors wide enough to move pallets in and out of our unit was perfect. The team were amazing, super friendly and willing to accept parcels when we were not around. Thanks so much Kanagroo Liverpool team.

I signed up yesterday and was welcomed by two really friendly, helpful and knowledgable women (sorry I didn’t get your names) sign up process was super easy had a lock up ten minutes later.

Customer service here is fantastic. So I’m basing my rating on that. Everyone has been great and Isabelle is a prime example. It’s really pricey for what it is though! But I could not fault the service from the staff. Isabelle at Aintree handled most of my issues throughout my stay and she was fantastic right to the end. Big thank you to her especially on wrapping things up so perfectly for me on my departure and keeping things so simple.

Have been using armadillo for a few years now for business storage. Very flexible and adaptable to your circumstances with accommodation and helpful staff who go out their way to help. Highly recommend.
