Ronan was extermely thorough in his LVL 2 RICS homebuyers survey for our upcoming purchase. His report was in depth and targeted all of the key areas of the building that we were interested in to be inspected. This report has now given us the convidence and peace of mind for moving into our new home. The report was completed in a timely manner and at a good price. I had some concerns about minor cracking in a wall and signs of damp. James came very promptly and did a thorough inspection. He found some issues which should be remedied and reassured us that there were no major faults in the structure of the house. Excellent professional service. Peace of mind restored.

My husband and I wanted to buy an older house in South Belfast that was listed as newly refurbished - it had a brand new kitted-out kitchen and bathroom and looked immaculate on the surface. However thanks to the survey we found lots of hidden problems (mould and a hole in the roof, poor sealing, asbestos in garage, garage structurally unsound, house in flood prone area, need for new electrical wiring etc). The homebuyer's survey saved us thousands of pounds in further construction and the time/pain of hiring multiple specialist contractors. The survey was super fast and the report was incredibly detailed and helpful, it was well-priced and worth every single penny. We managed to pull out of the sale and saved ourselves a lot of heartache. We will never buy a house without Peter's report! Thank you to Peter, Jean and the team.
