Just received excellent service from Jeremy at niSurv. I was very impressed with the ease of which I was able to book the service, pay online and be kept up to date with the process through the online portal. This was a huge plus! The survey was scheduled in a timely manner and once completed the report was ready the next day. Couldn't ask for anything better! Jeremy rang me before uploading the report which I found incredibly helpful. The report itself was detailed and thorough. I would most definitely recommend niSurv to anyone looking for a level 2 homebuyers survey!.

Downshire Surveyors were recommended to me and they did not disappoint. The cost was the best of a few quotes and the service was fast friendly and very efficient. The quality of the report was excellent and really put my mind at ease, also they are extremely generous with their time, always happy to take a call and discuss the process and the report. I would recommend Downshire to anyone and would like to thank them for relieving some of the stress of this process.

I found Downshire Surveyors online. Chris did an excellent job for us. He was prepared to travel a distance to perform the survey, which was carried out within days of our request. He then spent a long time with us afterwards by telephone explaining the results. The survey was thorough and the price was excellent. Chris picked up a significant defect we weren't aware of, and has saved us thousands of pounds as a result. I will never buy another house without doing a survey first, and Downshire Surveyors will always be my first port of call in future.
