Just received excellent service from Jeremy at niSurv. I was very impressed with the ease of which I was able to book the service, pay online and be kept up to date with the process through the online portal. This was a huge plus! The quality of the report was excellent and really put my mind at ease, also they are extremely generous with their time, always happy to take a call and discuss the process and the report. I would recommend Downshire to anyone and would like to thank them for relieving some of the stress of this process.

I found Downshire Surveyors online. Chris did an excellent job for us. He was prepared to travel a distance to perform the survey, which was carried out within days of our request. He then spent a long time with us afterwards by telephone explaining the results. The survey was thorough and the price was excellent. Chris picked up a significant defect we weren't aware of, and has saved us thousands of pounds as a result. I will never buy another house without doing a survey first, and Downshire Surveyors will always be my first port of call in future.
