I have the upmost respect for the vets and nurses in the Waltham Abbey Vets for Pets, they are always friendly pleased to see you and your pets. They are knowledgeable about various conditions the dogs have, foods they are on and feeding amounts. They put me at ease when I am stressed, Teddy is anxious when seeing a vet and they are so patient with him and talk to him the whole time they are treating him. Feel very lucky to have found really good people to look after my pets when they need it.

Very happy with the telephone advice. I have a stray cat registered here called Fluffy but has developed a possible stress related bald patch on his chest. I care so much for this stray and have him neutered and vet checked annually. He is unfriendly to vets but loves me and I always ask the receptionist to put this on his file. He had a bad experience at another vet practice but here the vet team treat strays exceptionally. Each stray is treated as special.

Our lady - Alina, I believe I remembered correctly - she was amazing. She explain everything. She was patient and she was more than happy to answer to all my question. My cat is getting really nervous at the vet so she recommended to get some calming pills before visit - none of any vet advise me to do that before. She was really nice and patient. I definitely will recommend this place and come back if needed.

What a most amazing team at Medi Vet Waltham Abbey. Jess has such a talent and has looked after our senior dog so well that he has bounced back into prime health with medication. Thank you Jess for being there. The rest of the team are equally amazing, Liz is super efficient at getting all the medication sorted each month, and our dog loves her, she always has time for a cuddle with the dancing dog! Thank you Medi Vet for bringing our dog back to a good quality of life.

This vet practice is so friendly. The staff are so caring to my doggies and their needs are met in their best interests. I feel listened too and my views and opinions on what my dogs needs are valued, respected and discussed equally to the Vets views and experience, knowledge and professional opinions to make the right decision for them, equally.

I cant say enough how great these guys are their super nice very helpful & super prompt bang on with treating horses & they generally care about providing not only amazing quality treatment for your horse but amazing aftercare & customer service as well only wish I'd known about them sooner lol love love love these guys thanks so much for all you've done for my girl.

Receptionist was helpful in getting my horse booked in for a booster vaccine at very short notice. The vet Tahiyya and the student vet that accompanied her were both lovely, arrived on time, very polite and friendly service. Thank you ladies :)

Very good experience, called a vet out on a sunday. The vet was extremely helpful and arrived within an hour, very fair emergency call out fee also. Highly recommend.
