When I wanted a new website for my business, meeting Stephen was a Godsend! As a self-confessed ‘techno dinosaur’, I initially approached this with some trepidation but Stephen was immensely patient, listened to what I wanted - and then made it happen. I contacted Josh after seeing him listed as a Bricks Builder accredited developer after having 2+ years of bad experiences with developers and 4 failed website projects. This was my last try. I gave Josh a brief and he was flexible and very easy to work with, starting work nearly immediately. Quickly it became clear the brief I had provided wasn’t actually going to work in reality (my fault.). Rather than double charging me or ditching me, having done what he was tasked, Josh worked with me to do the project a different way. Nothing was rushed and there was unlimited patience for me changing my mind and making decisions on the hoof. What I’ve now got is far in excess of what I originally envisioned and is incredibly exciting. I’ve now asked Josh if he can do a second linked project for me and we’re due to sit down over the coming weeks to do this one. What can I say here, Josh is absolutely fantastic. He gave me so much of his time and not just the usual 15 minutes grab a quick Teams call. He listened to what I needed and then researched what more I could do based on the information I gave to provide me with a site I had no idea I was capable of having.
