Beautiful studio. Loved the décor and atmosphere. Relaxing from the moment you enter. All mats, blocks etc provided and top quality. The workshop was very informative and we walked through the poses slowly, allowing us to focus on posture and balance. Excellent relaxation at the end.
Great class and excellent, lovely teacher. Really gets the mind and body going for the rest of the day. The studio is amazing as well, so calming, clean and well equipped. Highly recommended .

I highly recommend yoga with Connie to any mum to be. She is friendly, kind and knowledgable. I attended classes in person and over zoom from 18weeks and believe it really helped with my pregnancy aches and pains. I looked forward to the sessions every week and felt relaxed and well stretched after everyone. I am really missing the sessions now little one is here so looking forward to joining the post natal sessions soon.
I can not recommend @C&BYOGA enough. Connie is a wonderful teacher. Each week I learn something new. I often found with my yoga classes at the gym they were repetitive and taught by someone who does not have the same passion for yoga as Connie does . Connie has a wealth of knowledge and inspires me to be more spiritual with my busy mind. I am a complete beginner but I am now attempting the more intermediate options she offers. You will also have the bests nights sleep after the yoga classes too.
I have been attending Connie’s yoga classes throughout my pregnancy, and they have always been the highlight of my week. Connie is very knowledgable, friendly and a brilliant teacher. Connie kindly continued to offer free classes throughout the pandemic, which was so kind and very greatly appreciated during a time of much uncertainty.
