Thank you Yoganand for creating such a beautiful and welcoming space! Jade, Helena and the whole team are so warm and supportive. I was struggling to find joy in working out but after finding Yoganand, I not only want to go but I look forward to my sessions. I originally started coming purely for the yoga but spoke to Jade about needing to strengthen my core and glutes and she suggested going to Pilates and barre too which I have loved! If anyone is considering joining then I really can’t recommend this studio enough.

Rocket yoga with Lynne on Thursday night is absolutely incredible - well taught yoga, great soundtrack, brilliant fun and an uplifting work-out. I am so happy I've found this place after my last yoga studio shut down.

I’ve tried many yoga studios over the years and this is without a doubt my favourite. The teachers are so welcoming and kind, and classes are all about what feels good for you (not trying to look the best or compete). Coming here has done wonders for my physical and mental health.

I love everything about HPY Bristol from Caroline the owner whose so welcoming & genuinely caring to her team who are simply phenomenal, incredible yoga teachers. The space is so special, it’s soothing to the soul, there’s something about being in the pod, a feeling of being cocooned, safe, cared for and super fun. I’ve been attending yoga for decades but I’ve definitely found my ‘tribe’ here at HPY Bristol, my practice has deepened and I feel the benefits in mind, body and spirit. I love they have three levels so it’s available to all, my favourite the Rest & Restore class, the last one of the week on a Sunday 6-7pm which ends your week beautifully and sets you up for the week ahead also guaranteed to have thee best night sleep.

I started hot yoga classes to help recover from an injury, but found myself staying and enjoying it for almost a year now! After a class I always feel much more calm and grounded, it really gives you an stress-free hour away from everyday life. Each instructor has a slightly different style which is something I really enjoy, I feel like I can always learn something new and improve my practice! You can always take the class at your own pace and everyone is very welcoming.

I have been attending Hotpod Yoga Bristol for over a year now. I love it. It helps my body and mind feel tip top and ready for life’s challenges. I highly recommend. Instructors are very knowledgeable and teach great classes.
