For me, Ladan combines just the right mix of serious yoga and fun. And she knows the technical aspects of the yoga poses, so while I'm practicing with her, I'm also learning how each pose benefits me. She's also a lovely person and pays careful attention to all of us while we're on the mat. I highly recommend taking her classes, either live or online.
Ladan's yoga classes are the best I've ever been to - both online and in person. I started her classes in Ealing 10 years ago, and I am so glad I did. She works to all levels, giving clear instructions and always allowing you to work at your own pace. The classes are relaxed, welcoming and friendly environment. Ladan always starts and ends with a meditation which I think is really lovely, and I always feel much better after I've had the session. My fitness and health has improved since I've going each week in the last 3 months.
Ladan is a fantastic yoga teacher, she corrects my postures and opens up new physical and spiritual possibilities in me. She has a sense of humor and I always look forward to her yoga sessions.

TRIYOGA REVIEWS
Triyoga is the best yoga school I have ever been to (I've tried a fair few!). Lovely studios and spaces, amazing teachers, and great variety of classes. Great for all levels, from beginners to experts. If you are considering yoga classes in London, you will not be disappointed with Triyoga.
Wanted to share an update regarding staff member Alysha (apologies if name is spelt wrong). Such a lovely woman, grest customer service, goes above and beyond. I love this place. Massive fan, regular member who attends on average 5 classes a week. Basically this is a high quality, fancy yoga studio. Heated floors, zen vibe, great classes and teachers. Worth every penny. Great changing room and infrared sauna.
So glad that something like triyoga has finally made its way out of zone 1 and Ealing is the perfect spot. Teachers and therapists are amazing and staff are wonderful. Can't wait for it to become more cemented in the community.

TERRI YOGA REVIEWS
Terri is a great yoga teacher. I always go to her classes forgetting how hard they can be, if I follow all the modification options that she offers. The classes are great for all abilities and there’s no pressure to do everything. Terri delivers clear instructions with a sprinkle of humour and I always come away pleased that I went. Her Zoom classes are also a great way to workout if you can’t make it in person.
