Central Wellness is a really lovely space. The studio is clean, comfortable and very well-equipped. I've only visited once, but it was the perfect venue for a workshop (which I loved). If I lived closer, I would definitely go along for more yoga practice - everyone I met was really friendly and I felt very welcome. Thank you.

Paul Mullens Yoga Class is brilliant. It is the best yoga class I have ever joined in my twenty years of attending yoga classes in the Lincolnshire area. Paul takes you through numerous yoga moves that give your body a thorough workout. Men and women, young and old, can all benefit from this excellent class. Great value for money as well - JA
I would highly recommend Paul's classes to anyone of all abilities. A good amount of time is spent on relaxation, helping to clear any of your stresses from the day/week. Paul is very good at helping you obtain the correct posture for the yoga moves he teaches, to achieve maximum benefit from his class. Very professional, approachable and friendly teacher. Enjoyable relaxing classes.
