All of their yoga teachers have a minimum of two years of teaching experience, and many of their teachers have over ten years of experience. They share their journeys and how much yoga has benefited them, and hope that in some way, this will benefit you too. The Studio is a welcoming place where you can join yoga, dance, meditation, and wellbeing classes to help you feel healthier and more balanced. Classes are held both in a specially designed studio with a sprung dance floor and online via Zoom. There are no membership fees. You can pay for individual classes or purchase multi-class passes. Wonderful, intimate hot yoga classes. Jo really gives a personal experience, offering multiple options for different levels and tailors to how your practise develops. I love that there is hot yoga on the schedule now and suggest everyone gives it a try. Accessible to all levels. Very personal experience outside of class too where Jo shows her true passion for all aspects of yoga as a teacher and student.

Fabulous......unique & the only yoga studio in Plymouth that I know of. Jo the owner & all the teachers share the same philosophy of yoga practice. No egos no pressure, mind & body benefits. Great space ........try it for yourself.

Hot yoga.... wow! Georgie is a fantastic teacher! I was a little nervous about it, but was totally put at ease i would recommend it to anyone! The warmth is inviting to the body and helps you to relax. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

A beautiful studio with a lovely calm and relaxed atmosphere. Beautifully decorated and spacious with a sense of calm about it. The staff are all lovely and the classes are varied and suit all abilities.They have workshops too,i went to their restorative yoga and reiki one tonight and it was fantastic..i absolutely love it at Yoga Blend.

Fantastic studio in Plymouth, Devonport. Jules & Louise have created a very warm, welcoming and exciting studio with many different classes for all levels. Definitely a studio which is accessible for everybody and inclusive for all. I've taken part in Hatha, Finding Balance, Somatic Movements, Yin & Nidra and have felt great after each session. I would thoroughly recommend this studio for the newbie, intermediate and advanced practitioner, as the studio very much runs on the ethos of discovering your own body and working with what suits. I'll be looking forward to getting in for more classes and longer workshops/events in the upcoming future. Thank you for creating a lovely space to move freely!

I signed up for the six week beginners yoga class and am absolutely loving it! The teacher (Louise) is great - the perfect mix of friendly, encouraging and professional. It's a safe and friendly environment, with no feeling of being rushed or having to do anything my body is not ready/able to do. I'm surprised how much I've learned already in such a short space of time, so I've already booked myself on to the next course Very highly recommended.
