“Sustudio is owned by Jacki Moxey and Simon Moxey, the Founder and advanced yoga teacher of Sustudio. Jacki Moxey initially qualified in Berlin in Baseworks, a form of Hatha yoga developed to help desk workers with core strengthening. Jacki later went on to complete her advanced 300-hour training in India in 2013 in Vinyasa Flow. Her classes are fun, engaging, and somewhat challenging. There's always a theme. Her love for yoga is reinforced by a can-do attitude, regardless of age or ability. Their classes are taught by extremely experienced teachers and cater to all abilities. THE LOVING LIFE STUDIO REVIEWS

I had the most wonderful treatment today in The Healing Hut at the Loving Life Studio. This little sanctuary has just had a gorgeous glow-up as part of the studio relaunch, and it is absolutely stunning. From the moment I stepped into the Healing Hut, I felt so calm and comforted. The space has been very thoughtfully decorated, with soft fairy lights and fresh cosy towels and blankets for the massage bed, all creating such a soothing atmosphere. It is warm, welcoming and full of such good energy. I had the lymphatic treatment with Maisy and her knowledge, care and calming presence made the whole experience feel deeply healing and nurturing. The treatment combined lymphatic drainage with Brazilian madero therapy and the results were amazing. I even left with a lovely tea to take home If you are thinking of booking a treatment at The Loving Life Studio, I couldn’t recommend it more! The Healing Hut is a hidden gem, and Maisy is a star.

The Loving Life studio is so well thought out and well equipped. You can see how much love and passion has gone into it by Lillie. It’s so calm and cosy. Lillie always makes you feel so welcome the moment you walk in. She is so talented at what she does, I always leave class feeling so relaxed. I am so pleased I found The Loving Life studio.

Beautiful oasis of calm. I had the most relaxing and therapeutic facial massage ever. Maisy was very calm , softly spoken and I drifted happily! I shall certainly be returning to explore all the other treatments and classes on offer.

Su studio is the best thing that’s happened to the local area for a long time! A beautiful space where you can work out, socialise, eat yummy healthy food, drink great coffee in, shop for trinkets, or all of the above! Every time you enter, you are welcomed with a huge smile by the staff, who make you feel like family. As a relative newbie to the area, it’s been a haven for me to create and solidify new friendships and has also introduced me to reformer Pilates; which I LOVE. If you’re thinking about going, do it! You won’t regret it for a second.

Su Studio is a lovely place. It is a place where people connect in their love for health, fitness and friendship. There is a class for everyone, people are very friendly. The studio is spacious and bright. The food is incredible. I do classes every week. I have the deep tissue massage once a month which I would also highly recommend. If you are looking for somewhere special this is the place.

The most amazing wellbeing studio in Canford Cliffs that has a fantastic community: a wide variety of classes with exceptional instructors and a fabulous coffee shop serving delicious food and great coffee. Highly recommend.

Attended Ali’s beach yoga session on the 24th August. This was even more enjoyable because my friend who loves yoga was visiting and wanted to experience yoga in the beach, as an out of towner. Having previously attended Ali’s sessions, I knew she wouldn’t be disappointed. We both thoroughly enjoyed it, topped off by the dip in the sea after. In the words of my friend - “wow, that was great. At the beginning when we had our eyes closed just doing the breathing, I could hear the waves and felt the breeze on my skin and it was like just going through me in a calming way.” - Always a pleasure Ali, thank you.

Vibroacoustic massage heaven! It’s hard to put into words the joy I feel at receiving this beautiful treatment. The gentle sound and vibration from the Tibetan singing bowls, soothed my body and mind into a gorgeous deep relaxation - I felt floaty and other-worldly- I’m not sure where I went but it was lovely there- melting away anxiety and bringing about true inner calm. I slept SO well after. I can’t recommend Ali enough!

I joined Ali for Yoga on Easter Sunday at Sandbanks Beach and it was gorgeous! She ran an incredible practice and is a truly talented instructor. I am currently 5 weeks postpartum and was able to adapt her flow to suit my current ability and it was wonderful. I can’t wait to join Ali again and continue my yoga journey post pregnancy!
