I love coming to the studio, it is a lovely bright space with a sense of peace and tranquility. Lots of little added extras, nuts, fruits, water a great variety of teas. Oh and the underfloor heating is great on a cold winter day. Most of all the yoga is a amazing.
Spacious yet cosy (due to underfloor heating) studio with lovely teachers. Always has different interesting workshops and classes available. Give one a go!

I have spent the past few years getting to know Jo and Kev at Strength & Soul. I have been to many of Jo's yoga classes, in fact I was so inspired that I became a teacher myself! I've also had KCR from both of them and I've seen Jo for Ayurvedic consultations as well. They have helped me to feel healthier and happier in so many ways and I honestly cannot recommend them highly enough.
Had my first yoga class here last week and really enjoyed it. My course was easy to book and when I arrived, I got a warm welcome. Jo has thought of everything: mats, blankets, bolsters, eye masks. She explained everything really clearly and made sure we were all completing the new moves correctly. I left feeling more knowledgeable about yoga and very relaxed. Had a great sleep after the evening class. I highly recommend.
Jo has an incredible breadth of knowledge and experience with health, preventative and rehab treatment. We all need this in our lives!
