I have been a regular attendee at Matt’s Fitness Yoga sessions. They are always both challenging and fun! Great for building strength and coordination, as well as having a stretching/conditioning aspect. Matt is always motivational and is a great guy :).

I had a wonderful massage with Louise Byford in December. It was just what I needed as my shoulders and neck were so tight beforehand. Louise is extremely professional, and I felt very comfortable throughout. The Aromatherapy oils were wonderful.

I have had a short but very enjoyable Hatha Yoga experience with Louise. She is a wonderful teacher, who is patient, calming and very informative. LISSA MILTON YOGA & MINDFULNESS REVIEWS
Lissa recently ran a yoga asana and nidra session at my senior leadership team offsite in Somerset. Lissa was so responsive to all of my initial questions, and ensured that I understood exactly what type of session they would receive. Every member received a health questionnaire beforehand, which I found very reassuring. The session itself was magical. An hour of joint movements (great for those at a desk everyday) and simple stretching really got our circulation flowing and gave our muscles the perfect workout. The half hour nidra session was exactly what we all needed. Deep relaxation for both mind, body and soul. Highly recommend for personal or corporate bookings. Thank you Lissa!.
After a stressful Christmas, I arranged for Lissa to come to our house for weekly yoga sessions. I wanted to give my parents an introduction to yoga movements but also to the benefits of mindfulness. Lissa has been a breath of fresh air since day one. After every session, both parents remark how they cannot believe how much better they feel. Lissa has always been kind and patient with regards to questions and health concerns. Her sessions are a great mix between physical stimulation and mindfulness. Would highly recommend her.
My first ever Yoga lessons were with Lissa. I had 1:1 sessions that she tailored to my needs. My aim were for better flexibility and core strength but mainly to combat stress. Through Lissa's teachings I have learnt mindfulness, peace and calm. Lissa is patient, kind and professional.
