2025 Update: Maxine Siggers Acupuncture has Maxine, who is an acupuncturist and yoga teacher. She holds a BSc (Hons) degree in Acupuncture and practices Five Element Acupuncture with Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). She trained at the College of Integrated Chinese Medicine in Reading and is fully insured and a practising member of the British Acupuncture Council. Maxine has experience helping women with period problems, fertility issues, and peri-menopause symptoms, as well as treating aches and pains. Acupuncture uses very fine needles inserted at specific points on the body to help restore balance. Maxine recommends four to six treatments, spaced about one week apart (except for fertility support, which may follow a different plan). After this initial course, treatments can be reviewed and spaced out. Some patients finish at this point, while others continue with monthly or seasonal maintenance sessions.
