From the beginning of my treatment Alexandria has made me feel really comfortable and I felt understood. Communication is superb and whenever I contact her with any concerns or questions she comes back to me immediately. Ongoing treatment is going great and I always feel super relaxed after.

I have a pre-existing medical condition which can make physiotherapy a little more difficult but certainly not impossible. I had recently seen another physio about neck and shoulder pain and he seemed unable/ unwilling to help because of my condition (which was totally unrelated to my neck/shoulder pain). I decided to try JMC Physiocures and I am so glad I did. I seen Maheen at Motherwell for a few sessions and it was a totally positive experience. She has taken time to find out a little bit about my condition and was happy to adapt any treatment/ exercises accordingly. My shoulder and neck pain has completely resolved but I wouldn’t hesitate to return if needed. Maheen was a good listener, explained everything very well and provided an excellent service.

Had a few appointments recently with William for a quad issue. Stuck rigidly to his advice and the improvement within just a week was immense. A few weeks later I’m almost back to full fitness, I just need to keep going with his advice and build up strength (and confidence) in the leg again. Would highly recommend them, although you need to be prepared to listen and do what you’re told, no matter how much you want to disagree with the professional’s opinion….! I’m not an easy patient, but sometimes you just need to take the time off and do the rehab - trust them, cos it works.
