Could not speak more highly of the Wishaw Store. All members of staff are so friendly, helpful and informative. Shout out to Debbie, she is wonderful when choosing new frames. All round great service.

Excellent service. Polite, helpful and professional. After a fall, my old glasses needed replacing. I was delighted with the way I was treated and my glasses were ready VERY quickly.

When I went today to Optical express the service I received was absolutely great and I thought the whole experience was excellent and the first thing you had was fantastic customer service.

I attended Optical Express in Bellshill and had a 5-star experience from start (eye check) to finish (choosing new glasses). All of the staff were really pleasant and very knowledgeable. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Staff are great lm very pleased with my glasses in service will be bk in thanks for looking after me in my man today he's happy too xxx.

Fantastic Service from the Team at Tuite opticians in Wishaw. Very simple process to make an online appointment. Pre-visit communication and appointment reminder were great. The visit to the branch was 1st Class, very attentive service from Lynne, who explained the whole process in a manner I could understand, Also took the time to explain every stage of the testing and the eye scan results, which was very interesting and informative. Great selection of frames, and all lens options and benefits were very clearly explained in a very relaxed way by Gerry. Picked up my glasses today, after just a few days and I am absolutely delighted with the finished glasses, the overall service received and the very competitive pricing.

This has to be the most thorough eye examination I have had! Staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I presented with poorly fitted glasses that were falling off my face and remarkably Catherine was able to resolve the issues! My new glasses were competitively priced and fit beautifully. Old glasses have been tinted for prescription sun glasses at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend Tuite Opticians and will be a returning customer in the future.

I was anxious about an issue with my eyes, so I booked an eye test. Everyone was so welcoming when I arrived. Lynne tested my eyes and put me so at ease - she was lovely. She listened to everything I was concerned about, explained everything so thoroughly and sent a referral for me. My prescription has made a huge difference for me. I came back another day to choose my frames (with no pressure to do so) and Nicola helped me. Again, she was so friendly, honest, and made the process more relaxed for me. The whole experience was genuinely amazing - lovely place, lovely people, lovely frames. Thanks so much!
