After suffering severe back pain for 10 days, a visit to my GP plus a visit to A&E, with different pain killers prescribed, Ellie at Cheshire Health provided great relief after just one session. An experienced practitioner, she was able to pinpoint the problem and get results. I am moving much better and feel more aligned. Still experiencing some mild pain and discomfort after 24 hours but hopeful that another session booked in one week’s time will give further improvement.

What a fabulous oasis of calm this centre is. Adrian is the best Osteopath I have ever been to see. His knowledge, expertise and skill are without doubt. He is exceptional at putting you at ease - and the entertaining added value is such an unexpected bonus! Highly recommended, thank you.

Tracey and the team are fantastic. I've had so many different services over the years Reflexology, Indian Head massage, and Osteopathy to name a few, all have been great. Amazing customer service nothing is too much trouble. I would (and do) recommend to anyone.

Words will never be enough to explain how grateful I am to have found Kate. What Kate doesn’t know about women’s health, hormones, and fertility is not worth knowing. Having PCOS my periods were irregular, I was advised by my GP I would need to be medicated if I wanted to try for a baby. However with regular acupuncture, lifestyles changes and supplements as advised by Kate my periods became regular and I conceived naturally a few months later. Your success story’s speak volumes Kate! Your worth your weight in gold, I’ll forever be thankful for you.

Kate makes you feel at ease instantly, the information you receive is easily processed and inciteful~ I felt I understood more about myself just from the consultation alone~ the follow up was fast, detailed and contained all the information I needed for the next steps, looking forward to what’s next! Bethany has absolutely changed the game with managing my migraines. I get them very rarely now, after having periods of weekly attacks. She has even helped me understand my triggers and I live a much better lifestyle due to her knowledge of food, traditional/ alternative health methods and how the body actually works energetically. 10/10 would recommend, you wouldn’t find anyone else as passionate and committed to the cause like this lady.
