Absolutely brilliant service! Our boiler stopped working, and after speaking to a few different people on the phone trying to get someone out for a look, i had been pretty much convinced by other companies that I needed a new boiler and it was not fixable. I then rang Phil who answered straight away, I had a plumber round at my house within a few hours, he promptly diagnosed the fault, replaced the part and had it running as good as new again. I can't reccomend them enough, we won't be using anyone else from now on.

Our boiler recently stopped working and required a repair. We ended up calling Phil after another tradesmen failed to get back to us, and he did exactly what we needed him to with zero fuss. Everybody we dealt with in person and on the phone was friendly, helpful and professional. Within a couple of days, we had the part replaced and a functioning boiler once again. Phil also took the time to study our boiler and made some follow-on suggestions for things to look out for at our next annual service. Excellent service and just what we needed, would highly recommend.
