From our initial enquiry regarding a possible upgrade of our existing conservatory heat pump through to completed installation, Strath-Air have guided us to ensure we got exactly what we needed. They showed great flexibility in working with other contractors to make sure everything was done properly and at the right time. Their advice has allowed us to choose a much better product and we are delighted with the quality of the finished work. Highly recommended.

Excellent service from the guys at Strath-Air. Really professional installation, very neat and tidy. They explained the whole process, made sure I was getting exactly what was needed and then made sure I knew how to work the unit after installation. They left the place clean when they were finished. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for aircon installation or maintenance.

Really good company to deal with. Turned up when they said they would, explained what had happened to my freezer and then sorted it. Recommend them to anyone. Very helpful.

I would highly recommend Ross at RSS Air Conditioning & Refrigeration. He supplied and installed an excellent Midea a/c unit in our garden room & bar in 2022. The air conditioner provides adjustable settings for heat in winter and cool air in summer. It is easy to operate via either the hand held remote, or an app on your mobile. It has worked perfectly since installed. Ross also supplied the bottle fridge which is under the bar. If you are considering having an air conditioning unit installed, I highly recommend giving Ross a call. Drew Morris, Dundee

We had RSS in to install Air Conditioning in our home office here in Stirling. Excellent job and would definitely recommend. Very cost effective especially for the Heating side of it.

Ross installed our air con unit 5 years ago and was back to Dundee today to service it. As per usual great service, prompt and knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking about getting a unit then would definitely recommend.
