Topaz have been great. We have a fairly old cellar refrigeration system that has struggled over the very hot summer and needed some serious tlc. Had been told it was a write off however, Steve was able to get us back up and running immediately and then arrange a service for us even though he was really busy. Adam who did the service was polite and professional and explained (in layman's terms) the work he had undertaken. Really appreciate them squeezing us in at short notice and the professional and courteous service. On top of which the cost was really competitive and I feel we got good value for the services received. Thanks Topaz - would highly recommend!

Steve & his team were absolutely amazing! We had a broken cellar fan and after a few call outs (on short notice but without an issue) we ended up inquiring about a new one and the installation of that was amazing!

Topaz Refrigeration came to my workplace as we needed our air conditioning unit serviced. The engineer was very polite and knowledgable. The service was very quick and reasonably priced. We will be using Topaz again.

We had three local companies come out to quote for air conditioning, all who gave conflicting recommendations which left us unsure if we wanted to proceed. In a final attempt to get advice and a quote, we invited Woodhouse Environmental to do this. Trevor was fantastic and qualified our needs whilst putting the other companies to shame in what they had told us we needed (clearly the others were commissioned salesmen) when Trevor’s quote came through, we had to call him and check it was correct and nothing had been missing as they were £3000 cheaper than others had quoted. Needless to say we went ahead. Installation was arranged for a week later and we had the delight of Will carrying out our install. An extremely polite, professional engineer who is a fantastic asset to the company. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Trevor and his fantastic team.

We asked Woodhouse for an air conditioning quote knowing broadly what we wanted. They came out the same week and provided us a very competitive quote. After a few rounds of e-mails around the install, we agreed. The install week came and Dane who was on-site did an amazing job over the 3 days it took to install, he very tidy and the job was done to a high quality with minimal messy and disturbance. 2 weeks on, its worked as expected and provides us with great cooling and cooled rooms over the last few weeks and will I am sure will provide us with heating over the winter. Multi-split unit, so 1 outdoor to 3 indoors. Our current average usage is around 3kwh per day.
