I am really pleased with all the work carried out by Alford Plumbing and Heating Ltd. They installed a new shower, and replaced the gas pipe work with a bigger pipe. Phil did an excellent job fitting the shower, and worked really hard installing the new pipe work, which involved crawling into an unboarded and small loft space. Outside paving had to be dug up, which Josh did and replaced it looking as good as new. All the men were really polite and friendly, and did a great job.

Excellent communication, requested an earlier slot literally the day before and this was accommodated, super friendly and knowledgeable technician/engineer, easy payment system reasonable price. Fantastic all round thank you

First class gas connection with these people for my new gas cooker and let me know when the engineer was due to arrive - many thanks will definately use Alford Plumbing and Heating again when I require their services

I needed a replacement gas central heating boiler. The whole process from initial estimating to installation complete was very easy. I was impartially advised on a suitable replacement for my existing boiler and there was no high pressure salesmanship. The boiler was fitted in one day and up and running by 3:00pm. The overall price was very fair and competitive. I'd unreservedly recommend Heatworks .

Harry the engineer was very efficient and mindful of our property. He carried out the work meticulously and very satisfactory. I can not recommend Heatworks highly enough. We would definitely use them again.Great.

Managed to get an appointment and have a new boiler fitted quickly. Very happy with the service. Would recommend to anyone in the Southampton area.

I called Paul at 0702 out of the blue with a mains water leak into the house, he arrived at 0750. He then managed to detect and fix the leak without fuss and fortunately without too much damage to our house! Throughout the whole process, he did what he said he would, and turned up when promised. A wealth of experience and professionalism, refreshing when there are so many unreliable and useless tradespeople! Highly recommended

We called out Lenny late on Monday evening as we had a leaking thermostatic valve on one of our radiators. He was at our house within 40 minutes and did an excellent job of replacing the valve (which included draining our central heating system and refilling etc). The work was carried out in a professional, tidy manner and Lenny did not leave until he was sure the leak had stopped. We are very happy with the work carried out.

Hot water was streaming from the hall way ceiling and walls. Paul was brilliant, quickly detecting and fixing the 2 problem pipes . Thanks to Paul we now have a very happy house hold with working hot water. Would definitely recommend.
