Matt and the team refurbished 2 bathrooms and decorated multiple other areas. First of all, they are a lovely family firm, with a drive to maintain their excellent reputation. I thoroughly recommend them and are exploring further work in the future. The team worked incredibly hard, have high standards of workmanship, and pay close attention to detail. I recently had to contact MJH builders to get information regarding issues with my house. Matt was professional and took the time to advice me on how to best resolve it and gave me contact details of a business that specialises in these issues. I found Matt honest, helpful and professional (things which are unfortunately harder to find in businesses nowadays). Based on my experience I would have no hesitation to use and recommend this business.

Matt and team did a great job of our extension, delivered on time, and to the quote. They've a great work ethic - on site early every day pushing the build forward. We are really pleased with the work and love the finished results.

Another excellent job done by Stubbs Homes for our garage conversion into an amazing multi purpose room. The whole team were fantastic with great communication from both Tom and Tabitha and all the tradesmen involved were so professional, clean/tidy, considerate and produced work to a very high standard. We are so pleased with the outcome and will definitely recommend Stubbs Homes to anyone considering a build project.

Cannot recommend Stubbs Homes enough. We used Stubbs Homes for the renovation of our downstairs and the whole process has been so smooth! They kept us updated from day one and ensured, as a family of four, there was a minimum amount of disruption to family life. The quality of the work is excellent as is the attention to detail. Everyone was professional, communicative, and respectful of our space throughout the process.

Only the highest praise for Stubbs Homes. They have made our dream a reality of having a truly beautiful single storey home extension. Not just the most skillful team of tradesman but also kind and well mannered. Making the whole process stress free. We would definitely recommend!

PRECISION BUILDERS SOUTH LTD REVIEWS

We used Dave and his team for a large kitchen extension. This involved a one storey extension involving a new kitchen/diner with lounge area, and a remodelled utility and downstairs cloakroom. Dave and his team carried out the work to a very high standard matching the bricks to our original build perfectly. We are very happy with the end result. As with all builds there were inevitable delays but communication was always good and advice was given about our (many!!) questions before and during the build. All the tradesmen work to a high standard - special mention to the builders on the exterior and the precise attention to detail by the carpenter. We were ready for Christmas which was the ultimate goal!

Dave and his team pulled off a tricky loft conversion while I was still living in the house, completing 95% of the work using the scaffolding only as I have a GSD dog that is protective. Work was carried out on time and on budget. Any issues they found were discussed and solved. Nothing was too much trouble. I was kept informed of what was planned for the week. Highly recommend builder. Totally trustworthy team.

We would definitely recommend Precision Builders who have completed a fantastic job building our extension and kitchen. Very hardworking team with excellent communication and knowledge. We were kept fully up to date all through, Dave will be our first call for any future jobs.
