Southern Thermal have just completed the installation of a ducted air con system into our bedrooms and we couldn't be happier with the result. From outset care was taken to discuss the installation, location of ducts, protection of the installation areas, flooring and carpets. We were updated as the work progressed and then given a tutorial on how the system works as well as showing all the points of the installation to ensure we were happy with how the work had been completed.

We couldn’t be happier with Southern Thermal. Aaron and his wonderful went above and beyond to replace our boiler at very short notice and while we were away on holiday. Very professional and brilliant customer service. Thank you!!!

Aaron & the boys did an outstanding job with our air con, we use the heat function more than we expected to,, we are completely happy with their work & would highly recommend. We will be using them again.

He kept me informed every step of the way and went the extra mile to do a fantastic job and always thoroughly cleaning up the areas being worked on. The installation is very neat, and I am very pleased with the result. Would score six stars if I could! Highly recommended.

From initial phone call to finalising the installation, Tim was great at installing my new air conditioning system. Super professional, knowledgable, and tidy.
