RSC Architect provided me with excellent drawings to interpret a design concept for presentation to a representative from Welsh Government's Tourism Team. The drawings were very positively received and will form a major part of the proposed briefing reporting back to Welsh Government Minister. The architect captured the essence of the design providing the modern slant it required and moving the whole concept to another level.

I’ve known Spencer for many years he is a first class architect. I have worked with him on numerous projects over the years. As i am a General builder I need a good Architect And I can highly recommend Spencer He shows great attention to detail and explores numerous options for his clients satisfaction.

Spencer completed the building regs application for a small porch extension for us, all went smoothly, he was responsive and desalt with our comments swiftly. The job was quite straight forward and the outcome is good, we would use RSC again.

I have been following Ross for some time now as he builds his dream architecture business. As a fellow designer, I have appreciated all the insights, thoughts, and ideas that he has brought into this profession. I have no doubt that working directly with him on an architectural design project would be a delight and based on this I would recommend his services.

Myself and Luke cannot thank Ross enough for his professionalism and expertise during this process. It is our first renovation together and Ross has gone above and beyond to make it as smooth as possible. His communication, ideas and knowledge has been outstanding. We cannot recommend him enough. 10/10!

Initiate Architecture is wonderful. Ross has a real feel for heritage and a sure touch when it comes to marrying the owner's wishes with the constraints of a listed building. He is clearly personally invested in the built heritage and, in our case, that has been an important aspect of the end result. He also shows a personal empathy in the somewhat difficult circumstances that can face a householder in an old/listed/important building. We're grateful.
