Highly recommended. Marraum helped us convert our old fashioned tiny 2 bedroom terraced house by the sea, into a stunning, contemporary and spacious home. They have an incredible eye for space and could see that with minimal extension and a reconfiguration, we could maximise the space, and the views! We are thrilled with the result. We would never have thought it possible to achieve everything they managed to accommodate in a relatively small space, and they rose to every challenge we set them. In addition to this, they were absolutely lovely to work with. We would certainly use them for any future projects

We had an amazing experience at the Marraum Office in Penryn, when we went to visit Adam who helped us to redesign the house we are going to be building. Viewing it as a flat plan on screen was all very well, but it was still hard to imagine what the rooms were really like, especially things like the feel of the room sizes and where the windows were when you were actually stood inside. This was when the VR element came into its own. We donned special headsets and were immediately inside the house and able to move around the different rooms at will. It almost felt like you could be inside the house and get a real sense of how it would be when finally built.

Marraum Architects worked with us carefully and collaboratively with us to bring our design ideas of our dream home to reality. Working with Adam Laskey was professional and knowledgeable throughout our project and his help and support have been invaluable. The input received regarding the Planning permission and Building Regulations was efficient, with consistently accurate input and nothing was too much trouble. Overall we are extremely pleased with Marraum and would Highly Recommend.
