I signed up with Cornwall Staff Agency in the spring of 2023 and was given work pretty much immediately and worked for them constantly until late October. Denise and the team are fantastic, very friendly and keep you updated with incoming work via emails, phone calls and texts. The pay is good and not once have I had a problem with late or wrong payments, unlike other employment agencies which I have worked for. I was so impressed with them that I re-signed up with them again this year, and again I am working constantly. They only allow a 5 star rating but I am going to give them 10 stars and I suggest any future employers use their services.

I joined Cornwall staff agency nearly 2 months ago now and 2 days after I signed up I was working, whenever I have a problem I email Alex and he always responds quickly, I’ve never had a problem with pay it’s always on time and correct. Definitely recommend.

Cornwall staff agency have provided me excellent permanent roles around Cornwall and fair pay whilst temping as a chef. Highly recommended if you want to experience different kitchen styles and gain lasting connections.

The staff at best connection in Truro are an absolute pleasure to deal with. It’s a great company to work for. Wages paid on time and never wrong. They company seem to work round there employees and a moments notice and seriously you can’t ask for anymore. Special thanks goes to Chloe and Tara who I heal with on a daily basis, not forgetting the rest of the staff that help as much as they can. Well done guys.

Very impressed with the service I have received at The Best Connection. I spoke to Chloe who was friendly and polite. Sometimes telephone interviews can be a little nerve wracking but chloe makes you feel at ease.
