We've been working with Ellen at Living Space Architects to plan a renovation of our Edwardian terraced house in Exeter and have recently been granted planning permission. Ellen has been brilliant throughout - opening our eyes to design options we had not considered, ensuring we make the most of limited space and expertly and reassuringly navigating the planning process. We're really excited to continue working with Living Space as we work through technical design.

Stuart and the Team at Living Space Architects have provided excellent guidance, advice and design skills in bringing our project to fruition. They handled the multiple challenges of this project with professionalism and expertise, developing sympathetic solutions for this slightly unusual farmhouse and managing all communications with the Dartmoor National Park Planning Authority. They are fun to work with and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We engaged Andrew to work on the plans for our extension and we would have no hesitation in recommending him. Andrew is very easy to work with, he listens well and presents easy to understand options to help you move forwards. He helped us on some design decisions, solved technical challenges that our desired roof design presented and after submitting the plans, went on to work very well with the builders when any minor problems occurred during the build. The result is an amazing space, even better than we dared to hope for, and Andrew certainly played his part as a crucial member of the team that achieved that.

We engaged ARP to design our loft conversion and alterations to another room with ensuite. He oversaw the whole project for us with limitless patience and professionalism. Andrew's calm manner really helped when there were snags with the build. He provided several layout options with excellent suggestions such as the cabrio balcony windows which are fantastic. We're very pleased indeed with our transformed loft and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andrew or indeed to engage him again if the opportunity arose.

Being disabled it got to the stage I needed to have a downstairs bedroom and wet room. I thought this was an easy garage conversion until Andrew opened my eyes to all the other better options available to me. I’m so excited as my project starts next week.
