Phoebe was absolutely incredible! We did the Off The Starting Blocks meeting which was great to get an idea of how the event would run and to speak about suggested suppliers, all of which turned out to be amazing and perfect for our event. We then hired Phoebe to be our on the day coordinator. She was so great on the day, a really reassuring and calm presence and it was so nice to have her there to make sure everything ran smoothly. We would recommend her to everyone.

Phoebe was such an asset in the planning and execution of our wedding. Her approach is detail orientated and she works incredibly hard to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day. Her calm demeanour really sets the tone for the event. She ensured that my husband and I were able to steal away pockets of time together on the day and didn't have to look at a clock once. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone look for a polished and stress free wedding.

Phoebe helped us plan our Devon wedding whilst we were living abroad and was such a joy to work with. We also hired Phoebe for her styling services and she brought our vision together perfectly. On the day Phoebe worked all of her magic behind the scenes and we never had to think about or do any coordination. Hire Phoebe and you’re in safe (but also fun & creative) hands!

We booked West Country wedding planner for our wedding in sidmouth. I could not recommend them more ! Their whole team was fantastic Gemma, Abie and Kayleigh ! Abie was available to us on the day and she was wonderful making sure everything ran completely smoothly. She put both our minds at ease was incredibly organised and efficient and friendly. She was fantastic with our guests and managing the vendors. Kayleigh was also fantastic on the day. I didn’t have to worry about a thing they went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. I cannot thank them enough! I was also able to hire extra decor (wedding postbox, love letters etc ) that I wanted from their sister company bold and beautiful weddings! It was super handy they delivered and helped to set it up. They also moved my own decor throughout the day to re use it in various locations as the wedding party moved about. They also helped me if I needed any recommendations for suppliers. Don’t hesitate to book them they remove all the stress to allow you to enjoy your wedding day !

Very reasonable-y priced planning. We wouldn't have found a venue at all I think without Gemma's help. The budget calculator was fantastic, and the checklist was really helpful. The on the day coordination is a must have. Our entire day flowed so smoothly and it was largely down to Gemma & co running around in the background. I definitely recommend.
