WSMS Studio were super professional and offered me an incredible service . They were commissioned to carry out a full detailed planning application and offered me a very creative design response to my home. I whole heartedly would recommend there professional practice for any design service big or small. They really care about the detail and are passionate and diligent in the execution. We were so pleased when we gained planning on the first attempt. We are looking forward to moving forward with their creative team to deliver the project in the coming months.

I’ve worked with WSMS on a number of projects over the years and I have always received an incredibly professional experience. Shanka and her team deliver a quality service whilst maintaining a strong ethical attitude towards suitability and deliverability from the outset. We have delivered a variety of projects together included extensive extensions and renovations to properties in conservation areas, technical packages for commercial buildings and most recently a very detailed design package for a new build Passive Haus. I cannot recommend this company enough!

Very happy with WSMS Studios. I required an architect to aid with planning consent in a local conservation area. WSMS did what other architects turned away as no precedent had been set. With the plans and package they produced, the council granted the planning permission. Shanka provided a thorough and personal service that made the whole design process enjoyable. We have been working with Otman for the last couple of year to plan and execute our massive renovation project. Very satisfied with Otman’s work. He has been great at listening to our needs and make great suggestions when we weren’t quite sure what to do. He understood our aspirations very quickly and was able to provide high fidelity 3D designs with options to help us decide. He always made a point to come and visit us and the property on a frequent basis while living quite far from the project. Massive renovation projects are always very stressful but working with Otman made it so much easier and better. Would recommend 1000%.

EXTENSION ARCHITECTURE REVIEWS

Amine and the team were very efficient and professional - they organised regular meetings to ensure I was up to speed with the design work and planning work. The designer I worked with (Haitham) was very quick to come back to me with new designs when I'd asked to have parts amended and I was really happy with the final product.
