I can’t praise this gallery enough. They have been magnificent and gone beyond the call of duty for me. I arranged with David (the gallery manager) for a Doug Hyde to be shipped to me for my wife’s birthday. This piece was also signed with a dedication by the artist. Sadly, the picture was accidentally damaged in transit and was sent back to the gallery by the hired courier company. This is where the gallery stepped in and showed they care both about their products and their customers. I was not expecting this at all. I was offered a prompt resolution: they immediately retrieved the picture from the courier company and to my surprise I was told that they would repair any damage and personally deliver it to my address for my wife’s birthday. This was over a 2 hour trip which they personally took. The parcel was delivered to my address for my wife’s birthday and I am so grateful. Thank you so much to David for helping me and arranging everything and Stuart (who drove all the way up). An exemplary service- highly recommend this gallery. After looking for many months I finally found the perfect piece of art for my lounge in Trent galleries. David and Evie made the whole experience thouroughly enjoyable. David sent me photos and videos to ensure I would be happy with the artwork in my chosen location. The piece arrived well packaged and in perfect condition and Evie kept in contact until delivery.
