Had to call in on these guys again to have a mechanical sorted whilst out riding. As usual we had the 5 star treatment in this caring, friendly bike shop. Nothing is too much trouble, you’re always met with a smile, no matter what your riding ability or level of bike. They were able to sort the problem and we could finish our ride.

Brake service on my Cube e-bike. Good experience from initial contact through to repairing my bike. Nothing was to much trouble, with Chris offering great advice on other aspects of brakes and grip wrapping to help overcome a left hand problem. All in all a worthwhile visit. Thank you Vive le Velo.

We've recently moved to the area and thought we would never be able to replace our previous cycle shop. So, very pleased to have found this gem of a place. Friendly and very knowable guys, who are obviously addicted to all things cycling. Thoroughly recommend.

Initial visit and enquiries handled by Matty who was friendly , knowledgeable and very helpful. This encouraged me to visit the store again and this time I met Tom who happily answered my questions and showed me bikes in the well stocked shop. I am very impressed by the product knowledge of staff at Minster Cycles and their willingness to spend time with a potential customer. Tom helped me with my choice of a new road endurance bike, he was patient and held the bike on a deposit while I got a medical all clear to cycle again and then completed the sale with me and took me very professionally through initial bike set up. I would highly recommend Minster cycles and hope it gets the customer support needed to make it thrive at its present high standard. Well done and thanks to Tom, Matty and Specialized ! Good luck and keep up the great work.

Excellent Knowledgeable Service from all the Team - they really know their stuff! Tom recommended to me two bikes that I had already shortlisted in my head as potential options for my new 'Summer Bike' based on my budget, gear specifications and riding requirements. I had the pleasure of test riding two new bikes for several miles before choosing the one that appealed to me most. My 7 year old had a flat tyre on his bike and he was devastated. One quick trip to Wilsons Wheels and in a couple of minutes he was happy as larry. Excellent for repairs and some nice looking bikes on display too.

Very knowledgable staff who are not pushy, and who are keen cyclists themselves. Plenty of advice, and helpful with after-sales. A decent selection of bikes across the range of genres and price.
