I had a very helpful and informative hearing test appointment yesterday and now have a much clearer understanding of the extent of my hearing loss. I have a further appointment with Andy Hollis in a couple of weeks to discuss possible solutions.

This was my first visit to Hidden Hearing, and I was very impressed. The audiologist was really personable but more importantly, explained everything very clearly. Highly recommended.

When I realised my ears needed syringing, I wanted to see an audiologist rather than somebody that had just ‘completed an online course’ ! . My local Optician recommended Amy, and although I don’t live in Bath travelled to her clinic for treatment. The booking process was easy, and Amy was punctual , professional, friendly and informative. I would recommend her without reservation.

I will be recommending Amy's friendly and skillful service - she had to use all her ingenuity and tools to clear my ears and I felt very confident in her gentle work. I also learned some good things about ear care. So good to hear well again!.

The appointment was very pleasant. Amy was very helpful and polite. Everything was explain very well. Thank you. Highly recommended.
