As always vision express were amazing with my daughter and I on our last visit. All the staff are lovely and Jo especially who has helped me a lot over the years was amazing. They know who we are when we visit, the eye tests were thorough and Jo arranged for the optician to put contact lenses in my eyes so I could see what the glasses I was trying on looked like (this really helps me and I appreciate it so much), she helped me to pick, already remembering the frames needed to be a certain size for the lenses without the glasses being to heavy for my face and the appointment was a breeze whereas over the years before finding vision express an eye test and picking glasses would be quite stressful for me. Great service and would highly recommend vision express

Excellent service. I was unable to purchase the glasses I wanted in my local Vision Express Store. I know Bath had both pairs so travelled there on a Sunday. Couldn’t fault the service and advice received.

Honestly, I didn't expect such good personal care and attention from a large chain. I've been very impressed. The service was friendly and incredibly efficient.

My recent visit to Specsavers in Bath was outstanding. A new starter was being trained to do the balloon puff test on each eye, the trainer was great at giving him effective and professional guidance. The OCT scan I had was very assuring where they can spot any problems within my eyes at an early stage. They gave me the result there and then. Both eyes were very healthy and there were no issues. The optometrist was super, very thorough and gave me an honest appraisal of my eye health. A very good visit and would recommend them to anyone who are worried about any eye problems, the OCT scan is a must and I would recommend it.

Really amazed by my experience here - everyone involved in my eye test and glasses fitting was so incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I can't say that everyone who works there is outstanding but Darren, Sherpal and Dean were brilliant.

Always a pleasure to visit Specsavers on Westgate Street. Staff are approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. I always feel like I am in good hands.

Thank you for an honest appraisal, together with a range of options and absolutely no pressure. I can't recommend Brad and his team highly enough.

This is a highly efficient, highly professional operation, with the immense bonus of being friendly as well. My particular contact lens requirements were complex and unusual, but Brad Abrahams was happy to spend as much time as it took to get me a solution that worked - and without charging me extra either. Fran, Ryan and the rest of the team had a similar approach, as nothing seemed too much trouble. I have to move away from the Bath area now, but I wish I could take them with me!

Brad Abrahams, Fran and the team are wonderful. They carried out calm, patient, friendly and thorough eye tests for my 8 and 11 year old - I would highly recommend them.
