I would like to thank Olivia for her home visit to remove wax from my mother’s ears today. She was fantastically reassuring, professional, courteous and patient. Every step of the process was carefully explained and she was meticulous in her safety procedures. I would not hesitate to recommend Olivia to anyone needing any audiology services.

Visited Olivia today at Cheadle for ear wax removal. I was very impressed with her professionalism and friendliness which I feel would put even a nervous patient quickly at ease. The treatment was trouble free and pain free and reached a successful outcome with complete removal of the wax. I would not hesitate to recommend Olivia to any potential patients.

Suffering from chronic ear pain I contacted Cheshire Hearing. After explaining my condition, Michael without hesitation agreed a same day emergency appointment. On examination he explained the problem, showing me the evidence on camera and carefully commenced the recommended treatment which was microsuction ear wax removal. Thankfully with absolute care and expertise Michael successfully managed to remove the stubborn earwax that had caused me so much pain. and my ear was instantly pain free. Michaels patience and understanding. to resolve my pain went totally beyond most medical services and I would certainly recommended anyone who is suffering with any ear related problems to consult Cheshire Hearing. Their services from start to finish were so professional, and caring - the best treatment I could have hoped for! Thank you again for all your help.

Called for an appointment Friday, got one for Saturday. A brilliant personal service. Took the time to explain to me what he was doing. A great service from Michael Doyle with the reassurance of knowing he has years of NHS experience. Would definitely return if I have problems in future and would definitely recommend to anyone.
