We ordered our son's birthday cake and everuthing went great, the staff were friendly and very helpful with all my inquires, the cake was made exactly to order with our special requests, and the handwriting on the cake was beautiful, and best of all was the taste, we had a half chocolate half vanilla with fruit with fresh cream and both flavors were delicious, the cake, cream ans fruit were also very fresh.We recommend this place for the delicious cake, accurate timing of pickup, all customizations done correctly for the order, helpful and friendly staff, and guests who were all impressed with the cake and asking for the details. At nafees the customer service is excellent the cake and pastry are very tasty and well presented. I really like the cake as it taste really nice and it's not to much cream. If you want to order other types of cake such as photo cake it's easy to order, without hassel and good quality photo. I have also recommended Nafees bakery to my family and friend as its really tasty bakery. I would give Nafees bakery 5 stars because of the service they give us. We ordered our daughter’s 4th birthday cake from here and we were blown away with it! Exactly like the catalogue online and tasted beautiful! We requested fresh cream and not buttercream and it was absolutely FANTASTIC!!

Manager is brillaint very friendly with customers and very good at her customers skills Friendly staff, very busy place so run off there feet well known place. I visited on today for a latte, I visit all the time when I’m in town. The lady made me feel so welcome considering it was almost close. She reminded me of the offer for the cake on your birthday which I accepted. Staff are always friendly and the food and drinks are great.

This is the best coffee shop in Middlesbrough, I always visit here with my mam and sisters! We always have a good catch up and great food and coffee! The staff in there are also very helpful and extremely nice.
