THE CORNISH BAKERY REVIEWS

1st time visiting today, tables needed to be cleared as it was quite busy but nothing that couldn't be resolved by moving them off the tables ourselves. Hubby had a flat white and a cheese & onion pasty and I had a cheese, bacon and leek pasty with a breakfast tea. Absolutely delicious pasty's, lovely and hot temperature too. Hubby said that the flat white coffee was really flavoursome and done spot on. Really nice decor inside, lovely and spacious too.

We got the traditional pastries, tea pot and the winter bun, all of them were amazing and highly recommended, the service was not perfect as we had to clear the previous table on our own but maybe it’s because it was very crowded in that moment so it’s understandable, the staff was welcoming and suggested the right stuff.

Love it here, great vibe, awesome pasty’s and staff! My new favourite spot in town. Decor and vibe is very chilled also, which we love. A bit of a wait, but we were happy to come back as the food is good. :)

This is a really good bakery and cafe providing numerous products served by helpful polite staff. The bread bloomer we purchased was particularly delicious and we also sat outside and enjoyed a fruit juice, coffee and bacon & sausage roll that was impressive in both content and taste. In a great position for both a shopping break and people watching it has never failed to impress me with service and quality, Having visited it several times I thoroughly recommend it.

We tried the spinach-cheese and the minced beef filled pastries and liked them very much! As for popularity, among the lot of vegetarians, like my friend, it was hard to find options for her here, they don't have any vegan options, but we she a compromise with the cheese and she liked it very much. The pastries made us full for long hours while wandering around the Stonehenge and the Cathedral. :)

Amazing service and treats galore! I was only visiting for the day and your vianesse whirl certainly brought the sun back out. It filled our hungry tummies and left us craving for more so in addition we brought a shortbread (which I ate today and was divine) and a cheese straw. All resonably priced and well presented. I will certainly be back again!

First visit to Henderson’s and it certainly won’t be our last. I had a butterbean hummus and chargrilled vegetable sandwich and my hubby had a BLT. The bread was gorgeous and the sandwiches were huge! Lovely, friendly staff. Enjoyed sitting outside and watching life go by on the market square. Sadly, we were too full after our sandwich to try a sausage roll!

A delightful haven from the pouring rain and winds " Arrived absolutely soaked to be greeted with friendly staff and boiling hot radiators. Covid secure as spotless. Great coffee, The food absolutely fresh and amazing. Reasonable and realistic prices. Will be back!!!

The coffee is excellent and they offer a wide variety of fresh bread and delicious pastries. Additionally, the staff is incredibly friendly and always ready to assist.
