Cactus Jacks is a family-run Mexican restaurant that has been in Salisbury for nearly 20 years. Their funky restaurant is situated along Water Lane, just off Fisherton Street. Cactus Jacks offers a host of traditional Latin American dishes such as lime and chilli chicken, crispy pork belly and spicy Mexican mussels. They do recommend you wash it all down with an expertly mixed margarita or mescal cocktail trust them on this one.
