I have been staying at the Caspian Hotel regularly now for a number of years with different groups I work with. The team at the Caspian have always gone out of their way to be totally accommodating to us and have made our stay a truly memorable one. The location is perfect, with everything you need close by. I would wholeheartedly recommend Samari and the Caspian Hotel to anyone visiting London as the place to stay.

We were very well received! It was a great stay, the manager of the hotel did everything to ensure that our stay was in the best conditions: he was very generous and accommodating. The hotel itself is cosy, clean and well located in a nice quiet area close to the metro (Elisabeth line, brand new line). In short: we recommend this hotel and all its staff 100%!

Host was a very pleasant and helpful person. He made our stay extremely enjoyable. Location is great, hotel is clean and quiet. Room was serviced and refilled with goodies every day. Definitely would recommend!

It's my favourite place to stay when I'm in Ealing. Clean hotel, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. I would like to mention Sarah in particular, every time at the check-in this lovely lady makes my day. She is sweet, polite and nothing seems too much trouble. Her personality, professionalism and experience never fail to make my check-in a pleasure. There's some ongoing refurbishment in the hotel, although it never disturbed me and the new rooms look lovely.

Very impressed by the newly renovated rooms. Great check-in service from Lakshmi - she's an asset to the hotel. Property seemed understaffed in other areas. Good location very close to shops and restaurants. Less than 10 min walk to Elizabeth Line. Would happily stay again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly patient and always ready to help with any questions I had. The room was comfortable, and the service exceeded my expectations. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

My daughter and I stayed there last night, a very pleasant and happy experience. Staff on the Recetion desk were very polite and helpful. In fact it was a warm welcome. Parking easy round the back, and a ten minute walk gets you to Ealing Broadway station, with the benefit of the Elizabeth line, four stations and your in theatre land. The room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. Aa very nice place to stay for a visit to the Capital. Lots of shops, restaraunts along Ealing Broadway right outside your door. Five star review as far as we are concerned.

We were impressed by the front man on the desk called John, this is pretty much what stood out to us, during our 4 day stay, his professionalism , and his friendliness. The staff there were all pretty good, me and my partner felt the need to express how wonderful john made our stay was thank you john.

Greeted by the friendly and efficient Mohammed, and the room was clean and spacious. Surprised at the quality of the food, above average. Will stay again. Thank you staff!!
