What a beautiful place to stay if you’re in Torquay. Centrally located, hosts that welcome you with a smile and genuine warmth that go above and beyond to ensure that their guests have a perfect stay. The beautifully decorated rooms have quality furnishings/bedding and the gardens, bar and breakfast areas have a relaxing and comfortable vibe, where you can sit with a drink or a book and feel totally at ease. Thank you for a short, but wonderful stay, we loved our visit and meeting you both. All the best for your continued success. If we were to visit the area again, The Torcroft Hotel would be our number one choice. Simply stunning.

We had the most wonderful stay at this charming B&B. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and kindness that instantly made us feel at home. The house itself is beautiful, full of character, and thoughtfully decorated with lovely touches that show how much care goes into every detail. Our room was spotless, cozy, and incredibly comfortable — the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The breakfast each morning was an absolute highlight: freshly prepared, delicious, and clearly made with love. It was such a treat to start the day with local ingredients and homemade specialties. What truly set this B&B apart, though, was the hospitality. The hosts went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, offering helpful tips on places to visit and making us feel more like friends than guests. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and already dreaming of our next visit. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, charm, and the warmest of welcomes, look no further — this B&B is an absolute gem.

Absolutely flawless stay! There's not enough words to describe how fantastic the torcroft is. Gary and Philip are the most charming hosts where nothing is too much trouble, very attentive. only got back home today and already planning our next stay! Fabulous.

Absolutely perfect… Can’t fault our stay at all. Rooms were fully equipped and comfortable. Hosts were so helpful and attentive. Breakfast selection was amazing, loads to pick from. Perfect place to say if you visiting Torquay. Thankyou, highly recommend.

Just got home from our 2 night stay. We purposely booked the King suite so it was the same room we stayed in 10 years ago for our honeymoon. Once again we weren't disappointed. Beautiful entrance and character to the hallway as you walk in, Beautiful room, comfortable and cosy. Lissanne & Matt are so lovely and welcoming. Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had. We will definitely be returning again. Thank you so much for a lovely stay.

Very friendly and courteous hosts. Delicious breakfast in a nice ambience. Nice location, 15 min walk to the promenade by the sea. Highly recommended B&B!

Was greeted with a warm welcome from Debbie was shown around and told all the local places that they recommend bedrooms are 1st class given breakfast menu's lots to choose from in the morning met Richard he cooked the best breakfast they both was always making sure we had enough or anything else we wanted it was the best stay will definitely be going back.

It’s fantastic little Bed and breakfast. The host are so wonderful, friendly and welcoming. It’s hosted by a husband and wife. They were so helpful throughout our stay and before our stay even started. As we arrived to the B&B, both husband and wife greeted us with open arms which is so nice to see. You don’t often get that sort of welcome.

Made very welcome from the minute we arrived, debbie and Richard are fabulous hosts,nothing is too much trouble, the room is beautiful and spotless,the breakfast is again lovely, this is the best b an b we have ever stayed in ...highly recommended,.don and chris.
