I wish I had discovered John M Hanna Cycles sooner. Gavin is the most down to earth person you will ever meet. His customer service is the best in the business. His enthusiasm for cycling and willingness to take the time to find me the right bike that suited my needs shows. I recently purchased a Scott speedster 20 from Gavin. The bike is not only fast, comfortable but also looks the part with the fully integrated cabling at the front it’s an eye turner for sure. I am now planning on purchasing a Scott addict RC 15 now after owning the speedster I am sold on the Scott brand. Thanks again Gavin.

Really impressed with the service I received, personal and professional approach to all my queries. I got my road bike serviced as well as a fee other things through cycle to work. Gavin answering all my questions and provided a cardboard bike box to transport bike for mizen to malin trip. Pleased to say the bike performed with no issues following the service.

Great service from Gavin and co over the last number of years Real mechanic who knows his stuff I travel 100 miles each way to avail of their service and that tells its own story. Congrats.

Great family owned local business. Staff are excellent in both in application of knowledge and bicycle mechanics. Forever friendly and approachable. Never had any issues relating to ownership of their bicycles. Anything requiring service or replacement is no task too big. Are you looking for a new bicycle or something serviced or fixed? It's definitely worthwhile calling in.

Found this bike shop via google when I needed a headset fitted. Was extremely happy with the experience, great service and professionalism, nothing too much trouble and great communication. Been back with two more bikes to have work done and never been disappointed. Recently had a Surly Krampus virtually completely built very happy indeed. Would highly recommend and will be using for all my future bike needs.

Highly recommend cycle zone even stayed open tat bit later until I got there to collect my bike. Very easy to talk to and very welcoming. Will be back again.

We have recently purchased 3 amazing bikes for our boys from Hickland Cycles. The price was very competitive and the range and choice were brilliant. Conor was very helpful throughout our visit and the boys were able to try out the bike for size before making their decision. Top Quality bikes at a very reasonable price. They very kindly delivered the bikes to our house free of charge also. After sales care was also terrific as when one of the bikes got a puncture Conor called to our house and collected it for repair on the same day. Second to none in my opinion. Thanks to both Conor & Barry.

Went in to get a new bike for my son. The guys were very helpful in bringing out all of the options that met his very specific desires and we got him his perfect bike sorted with no fuss at a very competitive price. Thanks again guys.

First class service and went out of their way to prepare the bike just the way my daughter wanted it. Bike arrived in store early and we were kept well informed. Highly recommended. A fantastic help to Santy!
